To develop an environmentally sound clean up plan for the base that met the requirements of a variety of environmental and military agencies who lacked trust and collaboration skills.

Solution:
Engaged the team in a learning process where they were taught team skills such as cooperation and collaboration and joint problem-solving skills. These skills were immediately applied to their present issues.
